Our Story

Always looking for development opportunities

Having two boys that love soccer, I'm continually looking for the next development challenges for them to progress in their journey. As they started to play futsal and realized the speed of the game, the foot skills needed, the touches and the skills they rapidly developed I started to look for more opportunities for them to play as much as they could. The only problem was there were not any locations close by so Coach Mario and I partnered up to start The Houston Dragons Futsal Club in Garden Oaks and the rest is history.

Meet The Team

Mario Servin

Technical Director

Mario grew up as a player in Houston where he played in the premier league in Houston and was selected to play for the South Texas ODP team for several years.

Over the past 6 years he has been coaching club soccer across various age and skill levels and has the great ability to motivate players, effectively communicate and teach, while demonstrating the patience that kids need. He sees Futsal as an excellent supplement to club soccer and will allow the children to thrive on their club teams.

Daniel Starr Putt

Program Director

Daniel grew up like most kids playing basketball, baseball and football. It wasn't until after University that he began to develop his passion for soccer. He joined the coed Dolls n Balls team shortly after moving to Houston and continues to play with them today, even though a little slower.

He has coached recreational soccer for the past 3 years while focusing on his children's development.
